Shipping & Returns
Malaysia Orders, we ship using EMS (Expedited Mail Service) offered by POS-Malaysia. EMS shipping provides tracking number to trace your packet during shipment.

Peninsular Malaysia; flat rate of RM 6.00 applicable for orders below 3 kgs

West Malaysia; flat rate of RM 15.00 applicable for orders below 3 kgs.

By using EMS (Expedited Mail Service), you can receive you items from 3 to 8 days. Keep in mind that this is delivery time it takes after we have received your payment, not after the time you place your order.

International Orders, by default we are using Parcel Service by POS-Malaysia. It's either by AirMail or SurfaceMail, and estimated time to deliver is from 1 to 6 weeks. To enable shipping process with secure and timely to your location, we will recalculate the shipping cost and will charge additional cost depends on your location country. We will contact you by email and for details shipping information; you may refer to www.pos.com.my website. However you may suggest any services which you more preferred such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and etc at your cost.

For credit card payment customers, once you have entered your credit card details on our secure payment page, it will take 24 hours for your credit card verifications. After your card has been verified, we will ship your order. If you have waited that long (at least double the maximum amount of time shown above), and you still not receive package, please contact us immediately and we will check it out for you.

Our records show that our customers have not experience any missing packages since EMS provide tracking number with tracing capabilities.

Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We always accept requests to return saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 10 days of its delivery to you. "Saleable"- means the item is in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts present, that it’s packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer package. We inspect your orders prior to shipment. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , indicating the reason for your return along with your order number, amount and date of purchase. Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items if it was not due to our error. We will refund your shipping cost if return was due to our error.

Please notify us thru email after you send us the return package and we will refund you the full shipping cost to your credit card or bank-in

All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund in cases of obvious user abuse.
