What happens when I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the registration process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be paid. Please note that we will place your order for delivery once payment being made. In the event that the product availability changes after payment done, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?
We can take orders for almost anywhere in the world! Please purchase all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct billing address (incorrect billing addresses may result in cancelled orders). If your country is not listed on our checkout, please contact us for assistance.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most of the time, the order will ship within 1 business day (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection.
