Omega 3 Fish Oil is obtained from fish found in cold and deep sea. These fish contain  rich amount of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaxaenoic Acid (DHA). Omega 3 is a combination of EPA and DHA. Omega 3 is a fatty acid and good as a supplement for body health. Our  body cannot generate Omega 3 on its own.
